摘要
泛素-蛋白酶体系统(ubiquitin proteasome system, UPS)参与了许多精子相关的获能和受精过程,并在获能和受精中起到一定作用。本文综述了精子获能过程中UPS的参与以及发生的相关变化,包括一系列已知的蛋白酶体相关的精子蛋白,并讨论了这些蛋白质与蛋白酶体之间的关系。蛋白酶体抑制剂能显著改变获能并阻止顶体反应,26S蛋白酶体降解AKAP3部分调节导致获能的蛋白激酶A(protein kinase A,PKA)的释放。此外,在整个获能过程中,20S核心亚基的定位和丰度发生变化。
The ubiquitin proteasome system(UPS) is involved in and plays a role in many sperm-related capacitation and fertilization processes. In this review, studies on the involvement of UPS in sperm capacitation and its related changes, including a series of known proteasome related sperm proteins, are described, and the relationship between these proteins and proteasomes is discussed. Proteasomal inhibitors significantly alter the capacity-building and prevent acrosomal reactions. AKAP3 degradation by 26 S proteasome partially regulates the release of the enabled protein kinase A(PKA). In addition, the localization and abundance of the 20 S core subunits vary throughout the process of activation.
