"校长轮岗"如何实现可持续性过渡?--基于国外校长继任研究的思考与建议

摘要 通过对国外校长继任研究的文献梳理,分別从校长继任规划、校长继任影响、校长继任的适应性三方面阐述国外校长继任对领导实践和学校发展的影响,为我国交流轮岗制度下校长如何顺利平稳过渡并促进学校发展提供参考建议。教育行政部门在制定校长轮岗规划时要讲究科学性、计划性、合理性;继任校长要提高组织适应性,处理好传承与发展的关系,在赢得管理团队和教师信任支持的基础上,树立自身权威和影响力,循序渐进地推进变革。
