摘要
科学地选取电磁环网解环方案是抑制短路电流、保证500 kV/220 kV电网协调发展的重要前提,同时也是简化电网结构,适应未来电网分层分区发展的必经之路。研究了一种电磁环网解环方案合理性的评估方法。该评估方法选取短路电流、潮流分布、V-Q灵敏度、网损作为综合评价指标,并利用组合赋权法获得综合权重,克服单一权重的片面性,同时应用改进的逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)对各个方案开展评估,获得最佳方案。最后应用PSD电力系统分析软件对某具体电网进行分析,验证了所提方法的有效性与可行性。
Scientific selection of electromagnetic ring network loop-off scheme is an important premise to restrain short-circuit current and ensure the coordinated development of 500 kV/220 kV power grid,and the only way to simplify the power grid structure and adapt to the future development of power grid in different layers and partitions.This paper studies the method to evaluate the rationality of electromagnetic ring network loop-off scheme.In this evaluation method,the short-circuit current,power flow distribution,V-Q sensitivity and network loss are selected as comprehensive evaluation indexes,and the comprehensive weight is obtained by combination weighting method to overcome the defect of single weight.Meanwhile,the improved technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)is applied to evaluate each scheme to obtain the best scheme.Finally,PSD power system analysis software is used to analyze a specific power grid,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified.
