电力企业现有经营发展方式已经不能完全适应当前投资、市场、监管、核价等方面的新要求,迫切需要重新调整投资、预算、营收管控策略。对电力项目投资核减中的技术与例行核减内容进行了分析,并最终以典型案例进行了论证说明。

The existing business development mode of electric power enterprises has been unable to fully adapt to the current investment,market,supervision,nuclear price and other aspects of the new requirements,in urgent need of readjusting investment,budget,and revenue control strategy.This paper analyzes the contents of technical check and routine check in the verification and reduction of electric power project investment,and finally demonstrates them with typical cases.
