早期康复训练在脑梗死患者中的应用

Application of early rehabilitation training in patients with cerebral infarction

目的分析早期康复训练在脑梗死患者中的应用。方法选取于2018年6月—2019年12月在本院就诊的61例脑梗死患者,按随机数表方法分为对照组30例,观察组31例。对照组采用常规护理进行干预,观察组采用早期康复训练进行干预。比较两组患者干预前后平衡功能、运动功能及上下肢肌痉挛情况。结果干预后,观察组平衡功能评分(Berg Balance Scale,BBS)为(46.42±3.52)分,高于对照组的(41.37±3.82)分,(t=5.372,P<0.01);干预后,观察组上肢运动功能评分为(35.64±21.52),高于对照组的(24.49±20.18),(t=5.545,P<0.01),观察组下肢运动功能评分为(24.69±10.29),高于对照组的(17.39±9.36),(t=2.896,P<0.01);干预后,上肢0-Ⅰ级29例(93.55%)多于对照组21例(70.00%)(χ^(2)=14.087,P<0.01),下肢0-Ⅰ级28例(90.32%)多于对照组19例(63.33%)(χ^(2)=10.227,P<0.01)。结论早期康复训练可有效改善脑梗死患者肢体平衡能力,提高患者运动功能,利于缓解肌痉挛。

Objective To investigate the application of early rehabilitation training in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 61 patients with cerebral infarction in a hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(30 cases) and an observation group(31 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group was intervened by the routine nursing,and the observation group was intervened by the early rehabilitation training.The balance function,motor function and muscle spasm of upper and lower limbs were investigated and compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,The score of BBS balance function of the observation group was(46.42±3.52),which was higher than that of the control group(41.37±3.82)(t=5.372,P <0.05).After the intervention,the upper limb motor function score of the observation group was(35.64±21.52),which was higher than(24.49±20.18) of the control group(t=5.545,P <0.01),and the lower limb motor function score of the observation group was(24.69±10.29),which was higher than(17.39±9.36) of the control group(t=2.896,P <0.01),and in the observation group,there were 29 cases(93.55%) of upper limb 0-Ⅰ grade,which were higher than 21 cases(70.00%) in the control group(χ^(2)=14.087,P <0.01),and 28 cases(90.32%) of lower limb 0-Ⅰ grade in the observation group,which were higher than 19 cases(63.33%) in the control group(χ^(2)=10.227,P <0.01).Conclusion The early rehabilitation training can effectively improve the limb balance ability and motor function,and relieve muscle spasm in the patients with cerebral infarction.
