摘要
目的 对比传统手工染色和现代仪器染色在效率以及效果上的差异,分析改进染色程序策略。方法 随机选择广东省江门市中心医院2019年7月至2019年12月手术室、门诊标本照片,共计300例,分成手工组与仪器组,手工组标本照片采取传统手工染色,仪器组标本照片采取现代仪器染色,对比两组染色效率、染色质量情况以及醋酸化醇溶性伊红的使用时间情况,为染色程序改进提供可靠依据。结果 经过两组统计数据对比,现代仪器染色的仪器组标本照片染色质量与效率明显优于手工组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 利用现代仪器进行病理标本照片染色不仅能够提升染色效率、染色质量,也减少了原材料的使用,可基于现代仪器染色进行染色程序改进,减少脱水透明环节的乙醇与二甲苯环节,优化脱水透明程序,减少原材料消耗。
Objective To compare efficiency and effect of traditional manual dyeing and modern instrument dyeing,and analyze strategy of improving dyeing procedure.Methods The paper chose 300 samples from operation room and outpatient department of our hospital from July 2019 to December 2019,and divided them into manual group and instrument group randomly.Manual group was stained by traditional hand,and instrument group by modern instruments.Dyeing efficiency,dyeing quality and time of acetate alcohol soluble eosin application was compared between two groups,to provide reliable basis for improvement of dyeing procedure.Results Comparison between two groups of statistical data showed,quality and efficiency of specimen photo dyeing in modern instrument group was significantly better than manual group (P<0.05).Conclusion Modern instruments can improve dyeing efficiency and quality for photo dyeing of pathological specimens,reduce application of raw materials.Dyeing procedure can be improved based on modern instrument dyeing,reduce ethanol and xylene links in dehydration transparency link,optimize dehydration transparency procedure and reduce consumption of raw materials.
