腓骨内固定对胫腓骨干骨折患者治疗效果及并发症的临床影响分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Fibular Internal Fixation on Treatment Effect and Complications of Tibia Fibular Shaft Fracture

目的 分析在胫腓骨干骨折患者的临床治疗中,采用胫骨骨折内固定的同时是否行腓骨骨折内固定的临床效果以及对并发症的影响研究。方法 选取佛山市三水区人民医院2015年1月至2019年12月80例胫腓骨干骨折患者,分组依据为治疗方式不同。其中,观察组患者40例,采用胫骨骨折髓内钉内固定的同时行腓骨骨折切开或闭合复位内固定的治疗方式,对照组患者40例,采用胫骨骨折髓内钉内固定,腓骨骨折不做固定治疗,对比两组患者的手术情况、治疗效果以及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间显著低于对照组;观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症总发生率为7.5%,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在胫腓骨干骨折中对胫骨骨折内固定的同时行腓骨骨折进行内固定,先恢复腓骨长度、胫骨骨折复位更容易,胫骨复位程度更满意,临床疗效显著,术后可更快下地,骨折愈合时间缩短,并发症发生率低,踝关节疼痛减少,康复时间缩短。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of internal fixation of tibial fracture and whether to carry out internal fixation fibula fracture in clinical treatment of tibia fibula fracture and complications effect.Methods The paper chose 80 cases tibia fibular shaft fracture patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 as study objects,and divided them into two groups according to different treatment methods.40 cases in observation group were treated with fibular fracture incision or closed reduction and internal fixation while intramedullary nail fixation of tibia fracture,40 cases in control group with intramedullary nail fixation of tibial fracture,fibular fracture was not fixed.Operation,treatment effect and complications between two groups was compared.Results Operation time,intraoperative bleeding,hospital stay and fracture healing time in observation group was significantly lower than control group,total effective rate of treatment was 95.00%,significantly higher than control group (P<0.05),total complication incidence was 7.5%,significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion For tibia fibular shaft fracture,fibular fracture internal fixation was performed simultaneously with internal fixation of tibial fracture,can restore fibula length,reduce tibial fracture easily,with higher reduction satisfaction degree,and significant clinical effect.Patients can walk sooner after operation with shorter postoperative fracture healing time,lower complications incidence,less ankle pains and shorter recovery time,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
