急诊脑卒中绿色通道对急性缺血性卒中患者救治效果的影响

Effect of Emergency Stroke Green Channel on Rescue of Acute Ischemic Stroke Patients

目的 分析绿色通道在急诊脑卒中对急性缺血性卒中患者的救治效果。方法 随机抽选揭阳市惠来县慈云中医院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的缺血性卒中患者72例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组患者各36例,对照组行常规抢救措施,研究组行急诊绿色通道护理措施,比对两组患者抢救治疗相关指标、入院不同时间点NIHSS评分、治疗有效率及满意度。结果 研究组急诊绿色通道抢救后其评估时间、检查时间与治疗和确诊时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组入院2h、3.5h、4.5h的NIHSS评分均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者经绿色通道抢救治疗后,其满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将急诊绿色通道应用在急性缺血性卒中患者的抢救过程中可以缩短诊治时间、提升治疗效果。

Objective To analyze effect of green channel in emergency stroke in rescue of acute ischemic stroke patients.Methods The paper chose 72 cases ischemic stroke patients treated in Jieyang City Huilai County Ciyun Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020,and divide them into two groups randomly,with 36 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine rescue measures and study group with emergency green channel nursing measures.Related indexes of rescue and treatment,NIHSS scores at different time points of admission,treatment effect and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results Evaluation time,examination time,treatment and diagnosis time of study group after emergency green channel rescue was lower than control group significantly,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05);NIHSS scores of study group at 2h,3.5H and 4.5H after admission were lower than control group,(P<0.05);effective rate of study group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05);after green channel rescue treatment,satisfaction degree in study group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency green channel can shorten diagnosis and treatment time and improve treatment effect in rescue of acute ischemic stroke patients.
