急诊消化内镜诊疗过程中的护理风险管理

Nursing Risk Management in Diagnosis and Treatment of Emergency Digestive Endoscopy

目的 探讨急诊消化内镜诊疗过程中的护理风险管理措施以及护理效果。方法 选取2018年6月至2020年5月于南华大学附属第二医院接受急诊消化内镜诊疗的108例患者作为研究对象,将108例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者各纳入54例患者,对照组患者采取常规护理管理模式,观察组采取护理风险管理模式,对比两组患者采取不同管理模式的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的护理满意度为(96.30%),对照组患者的护理满意度为(83.33%),观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者诊疗依从性为(94.44%),对照组患者诊疗依从性为(77.78%),观察组患者的诊疗依从性的高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而风险事件发生率观察组患者发生率为(3.70%),对照组患者发生率为(14.81%)观察组患者风险事件发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。在观察组的急诊消化内镜诊疗过程中,术前准备质量评分为(97.58±2.22)分,对照组术前术前准备质量评分为(92.14±3.61)分,观察组术前准备质量评分高于对照组;观察组规范操作为(96.38±2.15)分,对照组规范操作为(91.94±2.29)分,观察组规范操作评分高于对照组;观察组健康教育评分为(96.79±2.51)分,对照组健康教育评分为(91.42±4.06)分,观察组健康教育评分高于对照组;观察组应急处理评分为(97.18±2.26)分,对照组应急处理评分为(92.09±2.47)分,观察组应急处理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急诊消化内镜诊疗过程中,加强护理风险管理,可以有效预防风险事件的发,让患者安全、舒适的接受诊疗。

Objective To explore nursing risk management measures and nursing effect in diagnosis and treatment of emergency digestive endoscopy.Methods The paper chose 108 cases emergency digestive endoscopy patients in our hospital from June 2018 to may 2020 as research objects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,54 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing management mode,and observation group with nursing risk management mode.Nursing effect of different management modes was compared between two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was 96.30%,higher than 83.33% of control group,(P<0.05);compliance of observation group was (94.44%),higher than 77.78% of control group (P<0.05);incidence of risk events in observation group was 3.70% lower than 14.81% of control group (P<0.05).During diagnosis and treatment of emergency digestive endoscopy in observation group,preoperative preparation quality scores were (97.58±2.22),higher than those of control group were (92.14±3.61).Standard operation scores of observation group was (96.38±2.15),higher than control group (91.94±2.29).Health education scores in observation group were (96.79±2.51),higher than and control group (91.42±4.06).Emergency treatment scores of observation group were (97.18±2.26),higher than control group (92.09±2.47) (P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening nursing risk management in process of emergency digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment can prevent occurrence of risk events effectively and enable patients to receive diagnosis and treatment safely and comfortably.
