心理疏导联合康复护理干预对帕金森患者步态功能及负性情绪变化的影响

Effect of Psychological Counseling and Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Gait Function and Negative Emotion of Parkinson’s Patients

目的 主要探讨临床心理和精神康复治疗护理技术干预对慢性帕金森病晚期患者焦虑、抑郁的重要影响。方法 回顾分析中山大学附属江门医院2019年5月至2019年12月收治的慢性帕金森病晚期患者60例,按不同护理方式分组,各30例,对照组行常规护理,观察组联合心理疏导和康复护理,对比两组护理干预效果。结果 护理前后对照组间步态功能,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而负性情绪变化SDS、SAS组间评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量中生理、心理、环境与社会关系4个维度评分速均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 慢性帕金森病晚期患者如果接受长期心理康复护理措施干预,可显著有效改善其身体情绪心理状况,提升预后生活质量,对预防疾病早期恢复有利。

Objective To investigate important influence of nursing intervention on anxiety and depression in patients with chronic Parkinson disease.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 60 cases advanced chronic Parkinson disease patients treated in our hospital from May 2019 to December 2019,and divided them into two groups according to different nursing methods,30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group combined with psychological counseling and rehabilitation.Nursing effect between two groups was compared.Results Difference of gait function of control group before and after nursing was less (P>0.05),while difference of SDS and SAS scores of negative emotion was lower than control group (P<0.05);four dimensions scores of physiological,psychological,environmental and social relationship in observation group were higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term psychological rehabilitation nursing measures can improve physical emotional and psychological status of patients with chronic Parkinson disease,and improve life quality after prognosis,which is beneficial to early recovery of disease and is worthy of promotion.
