微信平台在妊娠期糖尿病健康教育中的运用价值研讨

Application Value Discussion of WeChat Platform in Health Education For Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的 研究妊娠期糖尿病健康教育中运用微信平台的实际价值。方法 选取东莞市企石医院2019年4月至2020年1月接受的80例妊娠期糖尿病患者进行研究,利用随机数表法分组,将患者均分为两组,每组各为40例。对比组患者行常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理基础上利用微信平台健康教育,对比两组患者护理前后的血糖情况和患者母婴结局。结果 研究组患者干预后血糖情况明显好于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后母婴结局均好于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后总满意度95%高于对比组患者干预总满意度72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠期糖尿病健康教育中运用微信平台的实际价值较高,患者血糖控制情况较好。

Objective To study practical value of WeChat platform in health education of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods The paper studied 80 cases gestational diabetes mellitus patietns admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to January 2020,and divided them into two groups randomly,40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and study group with health education on the basis of WeChat platform.Blood sugar and maternal and infant outcome before and after nursing was compared.Results Blood glucose of study group was significantly better than control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Maternal and infant outcome after intervention of study group was better than control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Total satisfaction degree of study group(95%) was higher than control group (72.5%),P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion WeChat platform has higher practical value and better blood glucose control in health education of gestational diabetes mellitus,which is worthy of recommending and application.
