手术室护理干预对胃肠道手术患者预防切口感染及术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响

Effect of Operating Room Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Incision Infection and Postoperative Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function of Patients With Gastrointestinal Surgery

目的 研究手术室护理干预对胃肠道手术患者预防切口感染及术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响。方法 选择我院于2019年1月至2020年6月接收的100例胃肠道手术为研究对象,按护理方式划分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50),对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组予以手术室护理干预,对两组患者术后切口感染、腹胀发生率及胃肠功能指标恢复情况、凝血指标及血清胃肠激素指标进行比较分析。结果 观察组术后切口感染与腹胀发生率均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组术后首次肛门排气、排便及肠鸣音时间恢复均比对照组短(P<0.05);护理后观察组凝血指标APTT、PT、D-D、FIB水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组胃肠激素GAS、MTL水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对胃肠道手术患者积极开展手术室护理干预有助于预防切口感染的发生,并促进术后胃肠道功能快速恢复,辅助改善凝血功能指标。

Objective To study effect of nursing intervention in operating room on prevention of incision infection and recovery of gastrointestinal function after gastrointestinal surgery.Methods The paper chose 100 cases gastrointestinal surgery patients in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 as research objects,and divided them into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50) ccording to nursing methods.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and observation group with operating room nursing intervention.Incidence of postoperative incision infection,abdominal distention and recovery of gastrointestinal function indexes between two groups were analyzed,coagulation indexes and serum gastrointestinal hormone indexes were compared and analyzed.Results Incidence of postoperative incision infection and abdominal distension in observation group was lower than control group (P<0.05);recovery time of first anal exhaust,defecation and bowel sounds in observation group was shorter than control group (P<0.05);after nursing,levels of APTT,Pt,D-D and Fib in observation group were higher than control group (P<0.05);after nursing,levels of gastrointestinal hormones gas and MTL in observation group were lower than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Active nursing intervention in operation room can prevent incision infection,promote fast recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation,and improve indexes of coagulation function of patients with gastrointestinal surgery,which is worthy of clinical application.
