城市道路精细化养护管理探讨

Discussion on Fine Maintenance Management of Urban Roads

城市道路精细化养护管理是一个综合管理过程,其结果体现在延长道路使用寿命、保证道路使用功能、提升道路外观效果、取得较好的经济价值和社会价值及提升城市管理综合水平等方面。从道路数据前期调查管理、道路养护管理方式、养护方案、信息化管理以及智慧城市建设5个方面对城市道路精细化养护管理进行分析探讨,提出了精细化养护管理是当前养护增效管理的观点;同时结合当前信息化、智慧化浪潮,提出了将城市道路精细化养护管理纳入智慧城市建设大局的思路。

Fine management maintenance is a comprehensive management process which are reflected in extending the roads service life,guaranteeing roads function,enhancing roads appearance effect,achieving better economic and social value and improving the comprehensive level of city management.From 5 aspects of preliminary investi-gation of road data,mode and scheme of maintenance management,information management and smart city,the fine maintenance management of urban roads are analyzed and discussed.It is proposed to be the current efficiency management.Combined with the trend of informatization and intelligence,it is suggested to be incorporated into the overall situation of smart city construction.
