基坑与装配式地下结构一体化施工技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决目前基坑工程事故发生率高的问题,对北京地铁16号线某车站进行了研究。基于数字化建造技术探索出一种由梁、柱、底板构成的框架式地下结构,然后在框架内装配叠合或预制的板构件;提出了基坑临时内支撑与地下永久结构一体化设计与施工理念,实现了基坑开挖与地下结构的协同施作,促进了明挖法的绿色化升级,提升了施工效率。该研究结果对地下结构的智能化设计与施工具有重要意义。 A large number of temporary supports are needed to solve the high accident rate of foundation pit engi-neering.That cause large waste and is difficult to remove.The anchor cables often invade outside the red line and cause obstacles and waterproof problems to the adjacent projects construction.A station of Beijing metro line 16 is studied.Based on digital construction technology,a frame underground structure composed of beams,columns and bottom plates is explored.in which laminated or prefabricated slab members are assembled.The integrated design and construction concept of temporary internal support of foundation pit and underground permanent structure are proposed.The cooperative construction of foundation pit excavation and underground structure are realized,the green upgrading of open excavation method is promoted,construction efficiency is improved.The research result is great significant for the intelligent design and construction of underground structure.
