摘要
针对传统安全岛刚度过大、车辆和车内人员安全防护效果差、施工周期长等问题,研究了基于高性能复合材料的安全岛柔性防撞结构。以北京市某高速公路安全岛工程为例,详细论述了安全岛柔性防撞结构的性能、制作技术与施工工艺。该安全岛柔性防撞结构不仅具有轻质、高强、弯曲刚度大、抗冲击性好等优点,而且在实际应用中制作简单、施工快捷、性能优异、外形美观,能有效降低碰撞中车辆和安全岛的损伤,同时提高对车辆和车内人员安全的防护效果,因此适宜在实际应用中加以推广。
In view of the problems of excessive rigidity,poor safety protection of vehicles and personnel and long construction period of traditional safety island,the flexible anti-collision structure of safety island based on high-performance composite materials was studied.Taking a highway safety island project in Beijing as an example,the structural performance,manufacturing and construction technology of the flexible anti-collision structure are discussed in detail.The structure not only has the advantages of light weight,high strength,high bending stiffness and good impact resistance,etc.,but also simply manufacture,fast construction,excellent performance and beautiful appearance.Furthermore,it can effectively reduce the impact of vehicles and safety islands in collision and improve the protective effect of the safety of the vehicle and personnel in the vehicle.It is suitable to be promoted in practical applications.
