摘要
主要运用杂多酸盐H_(4)GeW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_(2)作为冰乙酸和正戊醇反应合成乙酸正戊酯的催化剂,实验探究了诸多因素对该反应中产品收率的影响.实验证明:H_(4)GeW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_(2)是合成乙酸正戊酯的良好催化剂,当n_(冰乙酸)∶n_(正戊醇)=1∶1.35和适宜的反应条件下,乙酸正戊酯的收率可高达95.7%.
N-penty acetat was synthesized from acetic acid and n-amyl alcohol in the presence of H_(4)GeW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_(2)as catalyst.The influence of various factors on the product yield was explored by conventional experimental methods.Experiments show that:H_(4)GeW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_(2)is a good catalyst for the synthesis of n-pentyl acetate.When n-glacial acetic acid∶n-pentanol=1∶1.35 and appropriate reaction conditions,the yield of n-pentyl acetate can be as high as 95.7%.
