膝关节炎患者血清RANKL、IL-17水平与疾病严重程度的关系

Relationship of levels of serum RANKL and IL-17 with disease severity of patients with knee arthritis

目的观察血清核因子κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平与膝关节炎病情严重程度的关系。方法抽取2018年3月至2021年3月郑州市骨科医院收治的95例符合条件的膝关节炎患者为研究对象。入院时采用Kellgren Lawrence(KL)分级评估患者病情严重程度,设计基线资料填写表记录患者资料,检测膝关节炎患者血清RANKL、IL-17水平。分析血清RANKL、IL-17水平与患者病情严重程度的关系。结果Ⅲ、Ⅳ级膝关节炎患者入院时血清RANKL、IL-17水平高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者,且Ⅳ级膝关节炎患者入院时血清RANKL、IL-17水平高于Ⅲ级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同病情程度患者性别、年龄、病程等基线资料比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。经相关性检验结果显示,入院时血清RANKL、IL-17水平与膝关节炎患者病情严重程度呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论血清RANKL、IL-17在膝关节炎患者中水平较高,二者表达与患者疾病严重程度呈正相关。

Objective To observe the relationship of levels of serum receptor activator of nuclear factorκB ligand(RANKL)and interleukin-17(IL-17)with severity of knee arthritis.Methods A total of 95 eligible patients with knee arthritis treated in Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Kellgren Lawrence(KL)grading was used at admission to assess the severity of the disease in patients;the baseline data filling form was designed to record clinical data of patients.The levels of RANKL and IL-17 of patients were detected.The relationship of serum levels of RANKL and IL-17 with disease severity was analyzed.Results The serum levels of RANKL and IL-17 at admission in patients with gradeⅢandⅣknee arthritis were higher than those in patients with gradeⅠ-Ⅱ,and the serum levels of RANKL and IL-17 at admission in gradeⅣpatients were higher than those in gradeⅢpatients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and other baseline data among patients with different disease degrees(P>0.05).The results of correlation test showed that the serum levels of RANKL and IL-17 at admission were positively correlated with the severity of patients with knee arthritis(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions Serum levels of RANKL and IL-17 are high in patients with knee arthritis,they have a positive correlation with severity of the disease.
