试析地方大学学术型硕士生之学习力: 现状、影响因素及提升对策

Analysis on learning power of academic master candidates at universities under local authorities:current situation,impact factors and strategies

关注并研究硕士研究生的学习力及其相关问题,不仅有利于硕士生学术能力及其综合素养的评价,亦可助力研究生教育质量的改善。将地方大学学术型硕士生确立为研究对象,通过建构针对该群体的学习力要素以设计问卷,对包含省属“211”大学、省属重点院校及地方普通院校在内的三类地方大学硕士生发放问卷,共回收有效问卷847份,在探明地方大学学术型硕士生的学习力水平及现状,厘清对学习力水平有显著影响的主要因素之基础上,提出硕士生学习力提升对策:强化导师指导力度、兼顾专业引导和心理疏导,创设多样化学术活动、加强科研实践训练,优化课程比例及内容设置、丰富教学组织形式。

Paying attention to and studying the learning power of academic master candidates and its related issues will not only benefit the evaluation of academic ability and comprehensive competence of master candidates,but also can improve the quality of postgraduate education.Academic master candidates at universities under local authorities(hereafter local universities)were selected as research subjects.The questionnaire,designed according to the elements of learning power of academic master candidates,had been sent to local universities,including provincial“211”universities,provincial key universities,and average local universities.Eight hundred and forty-seven valid questionnaires were collected totally.On the basis of exploring the current situation of learning power of academic master candidates at local universities and clarifying the important factors that have a significant impact on learning power,the paper put forward strategies as follows:it is necessary to strengthen the guidance of supervisors,focusing on both professional guidance and psychological direction;to create diversified academic activities,and to strengthen scientific research training;to optimize the proportion of courses and design of its content,and to enrich instructional approaches.
