摘要
保持国家级实验教学示范中心的高质量可持续发展成为示范中心验收后时代的主要任务,也是高校实践育人、创新育人的重要保障。从学生满意度视角出发,构建示范中心可持续发展的影响因素指标体系,包含条件环境、管理模式、实验教学、培养成效、服务质量等5个维度25个指标。在此基础上,编制示范中心重要性和满意度量表,结合N大学实证调查数据,使用问卷调查、层次分析法、象限分析法得出培养成效、服务质量等维度是影响示范中心可持续发展的关键因素,揭示示范中心必须从学生核心素养、教学资源等方面加强建设与管理,从而提高示范中心可持续发展水平。
The main task of National Demonstration Center for Experimental Education in the post completion era is to maintain its high-quality sustainable development,which is also an important guarantee for the practical education and innovation of the university.From the perspective of student satisfaction,this paper constructs an indicator system of impact factors for the sustainable development of the demonstration center,which includes five dimensions and 25 indicators,including condition environment,management mode,experimental teaching,cultivation effect,and service quality.On this basis,the importance and satisfaction scale of the demonstration center has been compiled.Combined with the empirical survey data of N University,questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process and quadrant analysis have been used to draw the conclusion that the cultivation effect and service quality are the key factors influencing the sustainable development of the demonstration center.It is necessary to strengthen the construction and management of the demonstration center from the aspects of students’core competencies and teaching resources so as to improve the sustainable development of the demonstration center.
