基于文献计量学的慢性病长期照护研究热点和趋势分析

Research Hotspots and Trend of Long-term Care of Patients with Chronic Diseases Based on Bibliometrics Methods

慢性病已成为影响国家经济社会发展的重大公共卫生问题。慢性病患者,尤其是老年患者的长期照护问题日益受到广泛关注。该文利用文献计量学方法对2010-2020年发表在PubMed数据库和SinoMed数据库中的慢性病长期照护领域论文进行梳理,使用DDA和VOSviewer等可视化工具,对慢性病长期照护领域的研究热点、新兴热点、关注的疾病主题和关注的技术主题进行了分析。结果表明,全球范围慢性病长期照护研究涉及的病种多,且重视居家护理。而我国目前开展的慢性病长期照护研究涉及病种较少,偏重于预防并发症,研究内容细化不足,关于长期照护新技术、新办法的文献偏少。未来随着人口老龄化和老年慢性病患者的不断增加,需要加强长期照护方法与技术的创新研究与应用。

Chronic diseases have become a major public health problem affecting the country’s economic and social development. The long-term care of patients with chronic diseases, especially elderly patients, has been widely concerned. This bibliometric study focused on long-term care of patients with chronic disease, which analyzed the article citations in the PubMed and SinoMed database published between 2010 to 2020, and used visualization tools such as DDA and VOSviewer to analyze the research hotspots and emerging hotspots of long-term care for chronic diseases globally. The results show that researches of long-term care of chronic diseases involve many kinds of diseases, and more articles are about home care. Domestic research on long-term care of chronic diseases involves few types of chronic diseases and focuses on preventing complications, and the technical content is insufficiently detailed. The domestic literature on new technologies and methods of long-term care is scarce. In the future, with the increasing number of elderly patients with chronic diseases, it is necessary to strengthen the innovative research and application of long-term care methods and technologies.
