This paper discusses the principle of centralization to organize and manage data,centralized intelligent analysis of data,improve international business management and control capabilities.Effectively connect the network support work and business support work,to achieve the control point forward and accurate management and control.The new data analysis system will command the traditional network management system to change to active operation and maintenance.A further proposal on international long-distance calling operation control is put forward.
