Research on the Construction and Application of Hospital Information Integration Platform

经过多年的信息化建设,医院所拥有的业务系统越来越多,各个子系统之间的交互也越来越频繁。由于不同厂商之间接口标准不一,传统的点对点的接口模式使系统之间耦合度高,后期开发维护成本也越来越高,系统间的互联互通成为医院信息化建设的挑战和难点。基于企业服务总线(ESB)的信息集成平台,将医院所有系统协同关联,减少系统间的耦合,统一用户身份和权限管理,建立临床数据中心(CDR),统一数据标准、对数据进行汇总、分析、决策。

After years of informatization construction,hospitals have more and more business systems,and the interaction between various subsystems has become more and more frequent.Due to the different interface standards between different manufacturers,the traditional point-to-point interface mode makes the coupling between the systems high,and the later development and maintenance costs are getting higher and higher.The interconnection between systems has become a challenge and difficulty for hospital informatization construction.Based on the Enterprise Service Bus(ESB)information integration platform,all hospital systems are coordinated and linked,the coupling between systems is reduced,the user identity and authority management are unified,the Clinical Data Resposiry(CDR)is established,data standards are unified,data is summarized,analyzed,and decision making.
