大数据提升教育治理与服务能力——北京市东城区教育“数据大脑”建设与思考

Big Data Improves the Ability of Education Governance and Service——The Construction and Thinking of Education"data brain"in Dongcheng District,Beijing

北京市东城区是首批入选全国“智慧教育示范区”的创建区域,区政府于2020年制定发布了《东城区智慧教育三年发展规划(2020-2022)》,提出了以东城教育“数据大脑”为核心的“1+7+N”智慧教育服务体系。笔者结合东城教育“数据大脑”具体建设实施过程与内容,分享以教育数据为依托,推动教育服务和管理模式变革的思路与实现方式,探究在大数据应用过程中遇到的问题、难点与解决途径。

Dongcheng District of Beijing is one of the first batch of areas to be selected as the national"Smart Education Demonstration Zone".In 2020,the government of Dongcheng District formulated and published the Three-Year Development Plan for Smart Education in Dongcheng District(2020-2022),and put forward the"1+7+N"smart education service system with the"data brain"of Dongcheng education as the core.Based on the concrete construction and implementation process and content of Dongcheng Education's"Data Brain",the author shares the ideas and implementation methods of promoting the reform of education service and management mode based on education data,and explores the problems,difficulties and solutions encountered in the application of big data.
