创新多元化信息管理方式 优化高校学生心理危机干预

Innovating Diversifi ed Information Management Mode,Optimizing the Psychological Crisis Intervention of College Students

近年来,伴随着高校大学生心理危机突发事件的频发,引发了我们对高校大学生心理危机干预工作的进一步思考。当代大学生面临着来自于多个方面的压力,除了学业上的压力之外,还有就业发展及原生家庭等多个方面的压力,一旦这些压力得不到及时有效的疏导,很容易引发心理危机问题。然而,传统的高校大学生心理危机干预不到位,特别是手段较为单一,缺乏有效性与针对性。对此,我们可以实施多元信息管理的办法,建立一套科学而完善的大学生心理危机多元化信息管理体系,实施对学生心理健康状态的实时跟踪、观测与记录,以此来为高校学生心理危机干预提供有效指导,最大程度上保证学生心理健康。

In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of college students’psychological crisis,it leads us to think about the intervention work of college students’psychological crisis.Contemporary College students are faced with pressure from many aspects.In addition to academic pressure,there are also pressure from many aspects such as employment development and native families.Once these pressures can not be channeled in a timely and effective manner,it could easily trigger a psychological crisis.However,the traditional psychological crisis intervention of college students is not in place,especially the means is relatively single,lack of effectiveness and pertinence.In this regard,we can implement the method of multi-information management,establish a scientific and perfect multi-information management system of college students’psychological crisis,and implement the realtime tracking,observation and recording of students’mental health,in order to provide effective guidance for college students psychological crisis intervention,to ensure the psychological health of students to the greatest extent.
