摘要
介绍了目前常用的电梯曳引机温升测试和制动器动作试验方法,分析了各种方法的优缺点。在此基础上提出了一种新的电梯曳引机温升测试和制动器动作试验方法,并基于该方法开发了相应的试验装置。实际应用表明,新的试验方法简单且易于实现,能够满足电梯曳引机研发试验的要求。
The commonly test methods for elevator traction machine temperature rise and brake action test are introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of these test methods are analyzed.On the basis,a new method for temperature rise test and brake action test of elevator traction machine is proposed,and the corresponding test device is developed based on this method.The practical application shows that the new test method is simple and easy to operation,and can meet the requirements of research and development test of elevator traction machine.
