摘要
分析了老旧小区加装电梯出资模式以及电梯加装过程中存在的问题。对比了不同加装电梯出资模式的优缺点,提出采用多种出资模式结合,寻求最佳方式;探讨了加装电梯过程中存在的问题的解决措施,提出职能部门应删繁就简引导电梯加装,合理补偿利益受损的其他住户等措施。
The investment mode of installing elevators in old residential community and the problems in the process of installing elevators are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of different investment modes for installing elevators are compared,in order to seek the best mode,it is proposed to combine multiple investment modes and the solve countermeasure for problems in the process of installing elevators.It is put forward that the functional departments should cut the complexity and simplify,guide the installation of elevators,and reasonably compensate other residents whose interests are damaged.
