用户创新工具箱与顾客参与创新意愿 被引量:1

An Empirical Study of User Toolkit and Customer Innovation Intention

摘要 顾客参与创新的价值已经得到公认,用户创新工具箱作为帮助顾客完成创新活动的工具,其价值也受到学者们的关注。本文没有从传统的“宏观”角度研究工具箱的价值,而是从“微观”的角度将工具箱“打开”,研究了工具箱的构成要素对顾客参与创新意愿的影响。我们发现,试错学习、用户社区、新颖性、简便性四个要素对顾客参与创新的意愿有显著影响。另外,我们还发现顾客的创造性在用户工具箱各要素对顾客参与创新意愿的影响中有显著的调节作用。 The value of the customer innovation has been widely recognized.In recent years,researchers have shown great interest in user innovation toolkits which help the customers complete their innovation activities.This article does not try to focus on the value of user innovation toolkits in a“macro”scope.Instead.it takes a“micro”perspective to“open”user innovation toolkits.This article explores impact of the elements of the toolkits on the customer innovation intention.We find that learning by doing via trial and-error,user community,novelty,convenience are the four elements which significantly affect cus tomer innovation intention.In addition,we find that the customer creativity has significantly moderating role in the impact of the elerments of the toolkits on the customer innovation intention.
