基于Post Hoc平均数多重比较的桉木物性参数检测与分析 被引量:1

摘要 木材的含水率、密度及干缩率等物性参数对木材干燥、木材热处理工艺及理论研究具有重要意义。确定试件的检测数量对于科学试验及生产加工非常重要。本文以尾巨桉(Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis)为试材,测量了不同阶段木材的含水率、密度及干缩率,利用Spss软件One-Way Anova的Post Hoc中Duncan选项,统计分析了测量试件数量对上述物性参数测量值的影响。结果表明:木材初始状态的含水率和密度的测量值随测量试件数量的增加呈现较大的波动趋势,表明木材初始状态的含水率和密度波动大,分布不均匀。弦向绝干和气干干缩率的测量值随测量试件增加呈现数值波动,表明试件的干缩率波动较大。经对比分析Post Hoc中Duncan选项的平均数,结果表明:对于含水率、密度及干缩率的测量,当测量试件超过3 h,试件个数对测量值没有显著影响。 The moisture content(MC),density and shrinkage of wood are of great significance to wood drying and wood heat treatment process and theoretical research.It is very important to determine the number of test pieces for scientific experiments and production and processing.In this paper,with Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis as the test piece,MC,density and shrinkage at different stages were measured,and the effect of the number of test pieces on the measured values of the above physical parameters were analyzed statistically using the Duncan option in Post Hoc function of Spss One-way ANOVA.The result showed that the measured values of MC and density of wood in the initial state fluctuated greatly with the increase in the number of test pieces,indicating that the moisture content and density of wood in the initial state fluctuated greatly and the distribution was uneven.The measured values of tangential shrinkage of oven dried and air dried wood fluctuated with the increase in the number of measured test pieces,indicating that the tangential shrinkage of oven dried and air dried specimen fluctuated greatly.According to the comparative analysis of the mean of Duncan's option in Post Hoc,for the measurement of MC,density and shrinkage,the number of test pieces had no significant influence on the measured value when there were more than 3 test pieces.
