基于ISM和AHP的再造木质家具购买决策影响因素分析

Analysis on Factors Influencing the Purchase Decision of Recycled Wood Furniture Based on ISM and AHP

家具作为传统制造业,每年的耗材量巨大,在探索可替代新材料的同时,回收废旧木质家具,利用技术再造是能够有效提升材料利用率的手段,但是消费者也是闭环中不可忽视的主要成分,而近年来多数学者专注于对技术和企业的研究,忽视了消费者因素的影响。本研究以影响消费者购买再造废旧木质家具的因素为中心,采用系统解析结构模型(ISM)和层次分析法(AHP),研究了不同因素对消费者购买决策影响的权重大小,以期为未来的废旧木质家具回收改造提供新的思路,减少B2C端的推行阻力。结果表明坚固耐用是消费者最重视的产品性能,其次是价格适中和较低的维修费用。

Furniture,as a traditional manufacturing industry,consumes a huge amount of wood every year.While exploring alternative new materials,recycling waste wooden furniture for remanufacturing using technology is a means to effectively increase the utilization rate of materials,but consumers are also the main ingredient that cannot be ignored in the closed loop.In recent years,most scholars have focused on the research of technology and enterprises,ignoring the influence of the consumer factor.This research,with research on the factors that influence consumers'purchase of recycled waste wood furniture as the center,with the System Analytical Structure Model(ISM)and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)adopted,studied the weight of the influence of different factors on consumers'purchase decisions,with the aim to provide new ideas for waste wooden furniture recycling and transformation and reduce the resistance of B2C end implementation.The results show that durability is the most important product performance for consumers,followed by moderate prices and low maintenance costs.
