中西医结合疗法治疗疼痛性骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的疗效及对生活质量的影响

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Painful Osteoporotic Spinal Fracture and its Impact on Quality of Life

目的深入研究疼痛性骨质疏松性脊柱骨折采用中西医结合疗法的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法本次研究时间段为2019年6月至2021年6月,研究对象为100例疼痛性骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者,按照红蓝球抽签法分成两组,其中接受常规西医治疗的50例患者作为对照组,另外接受中西医结合治疗的50例患者纳入观察组,比较两组疼痛性骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者的临床疗效、生活质量、VAS疼痛评分、QOL-BREF评分、Barthel评分、不良反应发生率。结果经过不同治疗后,结果显示:(1)观察组治疗有效率为94.00%,对照组治疗有效率72.00%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组情感功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活等生活质量评分均高于对照组各项生活质量评分,两组评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)观察组VAS评分、QOL-BREF评分、Barthel评分改善情况明显优于对照组脊柱骨折患者指标改善情况,两组数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)观察组不良反应发生率10.00%,对照组不良反应发生率24.00%,两组不良反应情况无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论治疗疼痛性骨折疏松性脊柱骨折采用中西医结合疗法的应用效果十分显著,可促进临床治疗效果升高,缓解疼痛的同时,促进脊柱骨折患者生活质量提升,减少不良反应发生,其安全性、有效性十分显著,是一项值得积极推广的应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and quality of life of painful osteoporotic spinal fractures treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods The study period was from June 2019 to June 2021,100 patients with painful osteoporotic spinal fractures were divided into two groups according to the red and blue ball lottery method,including 50 patients treated with conventional western medicine as the control group and 50 patients treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine as the observation group.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,VAS pain score,QOL-BREF score,Barthel score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After different treatments,the results show that:(1)the effective rate of the observation group was 94%and that of the control group was 72%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)The scores of emotional function,physical function,social function and material life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The improvement of VAS score,QOL-BREF score and Barthel score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.The data comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The incidence of adverse reactions was 10%in the observation group and 24%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of painful fracture and loose spinal fracture is very significant.It can promote the clinical treatment effect,relieve pain,improve the quality of life of patients with spinal fracture and reduce adverse reactions.Its safety and effectiveness are very significant.It is an application worthy of active promotion.
