血必净联合抗菌药物治疗ICU重症肺炎的效果和不良反应评价

Evaluation of Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Xuebijing Combined with Antibiotics in the Treatment of ICU Severe Pneumonia

目的分析ICU重症肺炎患者行血必净联合抗菌药物治疗的效果。方法选入我院ICU于2015年2月至2016年2月接收的重症肺炎患者260例,以随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组130例。对照组行抗菌药物治疗,研究组在上述基础上加行血必净处理,记录两组治疗总有效率、WBC、CRP以及CPIS分值。结果研究组治疗有效率93.84%高于对照组80.00%,两组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后WBC(8.50±3.30)、CRP(32.30±16.40)以及CPIS(1.70±1.80)分改善优于对照组(11.30±4.00、44.00±17.50、3.80±1.60),研究组不良反应发生率10.00%低于对照组23.85%,两组比较存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论血必净联合抗菌药物应用于重症肺炎治疗中,有利于临床指标的改善,同时不会增加不良反应,这对于临床研究具有重要作用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of xuebijing combined with antibiotics in ICU patients with severe pneumonia.Methods Two hundred and sixty patients with severe pneumonia admitted to ICU of our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 130 patients in each group.The control group was treated with antimicrobial agents,and the study group was treated with xuebijing on the above basis,and the total effective rate,WBC,CRP and CPIS scores of the two groups were recorded.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.84%higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of WBC(8.50±3.30),CRP(32.30±16.40)and CPIS(1.70±1.80)in the study group was better than that in the control group(11.30±4.00,44.00±17.50,3.80±1.60),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.00%lower than that in the control group(23.85%).There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of xuebijing combined with antibacterial drugs in the treatment of severe pneumonia is beneficial to the improvement of clinical indicators,and will not increase adverse reactions,which has an important role in clinical research.
