黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾炎患者的临床疗效及对血脂代谢水平及肾功能影响

Clinical Effect of Huangkui Capsule on Chronic Nephritis and its Effect on Blood Lipid Metabolism and Renal Function

目的探讨黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾炎患者的临床疗效及对血脂代谢水平及肾功能影响。方法入组对象为我院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的180例慢性肾炎患者,随机分为两组,每组90例。对照组患者实施常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上联合黄葵胶囊进行治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、血脂代谢水平以及肾功能指标。结果治疗后,研究组治疗有效率为96.67%,对照组为84.44%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者TG、TC和LDL-C指标均优于治疗前,且研究组上述血脂指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者SCr、BUN、24 h UPr以及U-β2MG指标均优于治疗前,且研究组上述肾功能和尿蛋白指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾炎患者可显著改善患者的肾功能,调节血脂代谢水平。

Objective To study the clinical effect of huangkui capsule on chronic nephritis and its effect on blood lipid metabolism and renal function.Methods A total of 180 patients with chronic nephritis admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,90 patients in the reference group received routine treatment,and 90 patients in the study group received huangkui capsule on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effect,lipid metabolism and renal function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate was 96.67%in the study group and 84.44%in the reference group,which was higher in the study group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TG,TC and LDL-C of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the above indexes of blood lipid in the study group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The indexes of SCR,bun,24 h UPR and U-β2 MG in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the indexes of renal function and urinary protein in the study group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangkui capsule can significantly improve renal function and regulate blood lipid metabolism in patients with chronic nephritis.
