健康教育路径应用于肺内结节患者术后护理中对其护理依从性与护理满意度的影响

Influence of Health Education Path Applied in Postoperative Nursing of Patients with Pulmonary Nodules on Their Nursing Compliance and Nursing Satisfaction

目的探讨健康教育路径应用于肺内结节患者术后护理中对其护理依从性与护理满意度的影响。方法选取2019年8月至2020年9月于我院接受胸腔镜手术治疗的80例肺内结节患者,经区组随机化分组法分为分析组(40例,开展规范化健康教育路径)、常态组(40例,实施传统健康教育)。比较分析两组护理依从性、护理满意度。结果分析组护理依从性明显高于常态组(P<0.05);常态组患者护理满意度明显低于分析组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径能够有效提高肺内结节胸腔镜手术患者的护理依从性,提高患者对护理服务的满意程度。

Objective To study the influence of health education path on the nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for pulmonary nodules.Methods Select 80 patients with pulmonary nodules who underwent thoracoscopic surgery in our hospital between August 2019 and September 2020,and divided them into analysis groups by randomized grouping method(40 cases,carrying out standardized health education path),normal group(40 cases,implement traditional health education).Comparative analysis of nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction in the two groups.Results The nursing compliance of patients in the analysis group was significantly higher than that of the normal group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of patients in the normal group was significantly lower than that of the analysis group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education path can effectively improve the nursing compliance of patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for pulmonary nodules,and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing services.
