急诊护理流程对急性脑梗死患者的急救效果

Emergency Nursing Process for Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction Emergency Role

目的探讨急诊例流程对急性脑梗死的急救效果。方法将2020年1—12月于我院就诊的80例急性脑梗死患者纳入本研究,随机分为两组,各40例,对照组护理模式为常规急诊护理,观察组则实施急诊护理流程,比较两组的急救效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组抢救时间、转诊时间、分诊评估时间明显更短,且抢救成功率与护理满意度明显更高,梗死再发率及后遗症发生率明显更低(P<0.05);护理后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊护理流程对急性脑梗死患者的急救效果显著。

Objective To explore the emergency treatment effect of emergency treatment procedure on acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were included in this study,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The nursing mode of the control group was routine emergency nursing,and the emergency nursing process of the observation group was implemented,and the emergency care effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the rescue time,referral time and triage evaluation time in the observation group were significantly shorter,and the success rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher,and the incidence of infarction recurrence and sequelae were significantly lower(P<0.05).After nursing,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency nursing process has significant effect on the patients with acute cerebral infarction,which is worth popularizing.
