品管圈护理在提高耳鼻喉围手术期护理质量中的应用效果

Effect of Quality Control Circle Nursing in Improving the Quality of Perioperative Nursing of Otorhinolaryngology

目的探究耳鼻喉围手术期护理工作中应用品管圈护理方法的效果。方法本次研究的研究时间段是2018年3月至2019年3月,护理对象为该研究时间段内我院耳鼻喉科收治的90例手术患者,由本院耳鼻喉科12名护理人员实施品管圈护理,对比品管圈护理模式实施前后护理工作人员工作能力、护理指标方面的变化情况。结果本院耳鼻喉科护理工作人员在品管圈护理实施后病房管理能力、整体护理能力、护理文书管理能力以及基础护理能力评分分别是(94.17±3.88)、(94.15±4.01)、(95.17±3.08)、(92.28±3.52)分,与品管圈护理实施前对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;且12名护理人员品管圈活动实施后健康教育时间、护理文书时间、基础护理时间和总体护理质量评分分别是(2.83±0.62)h、(0.88±0.36)h、(4.13±0.42)h和(95.26±3.01)分,与总管圈护理实施前对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论品管圈护理方法在耳鼻喉围手术期护理工作中的应用效果较高,护理工作者的工作能力和护理指标均明显提升。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of quality control circle nursing method in the perioperative nursing of otorhinolaryngology.Methods The research period of this study is from March 2018 to March 2019.The nursing objects are 90 surgical patients admitted to our otorhinolaryngology department in this research period,12 nurses of our otorhinolaryngology department carry out quality control circle nursing,and compare the changes of working ability and nursing indicators of nursing staff before and after the implementation of quality control circle nursing mode.Results The ability of ward management,holistic nursing,nursing document management and basic nursing were(94.17±3.88),(94.15±4.01),(95.17±3.08)and(92.28±3.52)scores,respectively,which were significantly different from those before the implementation of quality control circle nursing(P<0.05).Time of health education,nursing document time,basic nursing time and total nursing quality were(2.83±0.62)h,(0.88±0.36)h,(4.13±0.42)h and(95.26±3.01)h,respectively,which were also statistically significant compared with those before the implementation of general nursing circle(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of quality control circle nursing method in otorhinolaryngology is higher,the working ability and nursing index of nursing workers are significantly improved.
