对行腹腔镜胃癌根治术的患者实施围手术期循证护理的效果

Effectiveness of Evidence-based Nursing in Perioperative Period for Patients undergoing Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy

目的探讨行腹腔镜胃癌根治术的患者实施围手术期循证护理的效果。方法选取本院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的80例行腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者,随机分为干预组(40例)和常规组(40例)。常规组采用围手术期常规护理干预,干预组在常规组基础上进行围手术期循证护理干预。观察两组的护理干预效果。结果干预组术后并发症发生率为7.50%,常规组为25.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者护理干预后的SAS和SDA评分均低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者下床活动时间、住院时间及首次排气时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用围手术期循证护理对行腹腔镜胃癌根治术的患者进行干预的效果显著。

Objective To study the effect of perioperative evidence-based nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into intervention group(40 cases)and routine group(40 cases).Routine group received routine perioperative nursing,while intervention group received evidence-based perioperative nursing on the basis of routine group.Observe the effect of nursing intervention in two groups.Results The incidence of complications was 7.50%in the intervention group and 25.00%in the routine group.The incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the routine group.There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The SAS and SDA scores of intervention group before and after nursing intervention were better than those of routine group,and there were differences between groups(P<0.05).The ambulatory time,hospitalization time and first exhaust time of intervention group were shorter than those of routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing during perioperative period is effective in the intervention of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
