持续质量改进护理对老年胃镜检查患者的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Continuous Quality Improvement Nursing for Elderly Patients undergoing Gastroscopy

目的探讨持续质量改进护理对老年胃镜检查患者的临床意义。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月在大连市友谊医院就诊的80例进行胃镜检查检查的老年患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上给予持续质量改进护理,比较两组患者的插管成功例数和对护理的满意度,比较两组患者的临床心率评分、慢性健康状况评分、疼痛观察评分。结果试验组插管成功率为97.50%,对照组插管成功率为87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度为97.50%,对照组护理满意度为85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床心率评分、慢性健康状况评分、疼痛观察评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年胃镜检查患者采取持续质量改进护理,可明显提高护理满意度,提高插管成功例数。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of continuous quality improvement nursing for elderly patients undergoing gastroscopy.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients who underwent gastroscopy in Dalian Friendship Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 patients in each group.The control group were given routine nursing,and the experimental group were given continuous quality improvement nursing on the basis of the control group.The number of successful intubation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared,the clinical signs score,chronic health status score and pain observation score were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of intubation was 97.50%in the experimental group and 87.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.50%,and that of the control group was 85.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical signs,chronic health status and pain observation in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement nursing for elderly patients undergoing gastroscopy can significantly improve nursing satisfaction and the number of successful intubation cases.
