综合护理用于慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床效果及护理满意度分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect and Nursing Satisfaction of Comprehensive Nursing for Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的探讨综合护理用于慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床效果及护理满意度分析。方法选取在大连市友谊医院消化内科就诊的80例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,时间为2018年1月至2019年1月,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规护理,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用综合护理,比较两组患者的临床有效率和护理满意度。比较两组患者的病理组织学分级评分、胃镜以及病理疗效评分、主要临床症状评分。结果试验组临床有效率(95.00%)明显高于对照组(87.50%)(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度(100.00%)明显高于对照组(85.00%)(P<0.05)。试验组患者病理组织学分级评分,胃镜以及病理疗效评分,主要临床症状评分优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论综合护理用于慢性萎缩性胃炎护理可提高临床效果及护理满意度,提高护理质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of comprehensive nursing for chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods Eighty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in the Department of Gastroenterology of Dalian Friendship Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Forty patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 40 patients in the experimental group used comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.The histopathological grading scores,gastroscopy and pathological efficacy scores,and the main clinical symptoms scores of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%,and that of the control group was 87.50%,the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.00%,and the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 85.00%,the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The score of histopathology,the score of gastroscopy and pathological efficacy,and the score of main clinical symptoms in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for chronic atrophic gastritis can improve the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction,and improve the quality of nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
