中药热奄包与艾灸在乳腺癌术后护理干预中的效果观察

Effect Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Pack and Moxibustion in Nursing Intervention after Breast Cancer Operation

目的分析乳腺癌术后患者护理中综合实施艾灸治疗和中药热奄包热敷的效果。方法选取2020年10月至2021年9月乳腺癌手术患者83例,按照干预模式分组,A组(行中药热奄包与艾条护理)41例,B组(行常规护理)42例,比较疼痛程度、舒适度和术后切口愈合效果。结果疼痛程度比较,干预1个月后,A组VAS评分(1.36±0.23)分明显低于B组的(2.24±0.26)分(P<0.05);舒适度比较,A组[97.56%(40/41)]高于B组[76.19%(32/42)](P<0.05);愈合效果比较,A组有效率[95.12%(39/41)]、显效率[58.54%(24/41)]明显高于B组的[80.95%(34/42)]、[33.33%(14/42)](P<0.05)。结论通过艾灸治疗联合中药热奄包热敷的应用,可显著改善乳腺癌手术患者术后疼痛,提高舒适度,应用疗效较好。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive moxibustion treatment and hot compress hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine(hereinafter referred to as comprehensive intervention of Chinese Medicine)in postoperative nursing care of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 83 patients with breast cancer in September October 2020 were selected.The intervention group was divided into 41 groups:group A(traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Pack and Moxibustion),and B group(routine nursing)in 42 cases.The pain degree,comfort degree and postoperative wound healing effect were compared between 42 groups.Results After 1 month of intervention,the degree of pain in group A[(1.36±0.23)points]was better than that in group B[(2.24±0.26)points](P<0.05).Compared with group B,group A[97.56%(40/41)]was better than group B[76.19%(32/42)](P<0.05).The healing effect of group A[95.12%(39/41)],apparent efficienty[58.54%(24/41)]were better than that of group B[80.95%(34/42)],[33.33%(14/42)](P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine,such as hot pack and hot compress,can significantly improve postoperative pain and comfort of breast cancer patients.
