摘要
目的对综合护理干预在晚期肿瘤患者预防压疮中的效果展开分析。方法纳入本科室接收的94例晚期肿瘤患者作为研究对象,时间为2017年8月至2019年3月,随机分为对照组(n=47,给予常规护理方案)、试验组(n=47,在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预)。对94例晚期肿瘤患者护理满意度、生活质量、及焦虑抑郁情绪进行评估。结果评价护理满意度,试验组满意度(97.87%)明显高于对照组(87.23%),P<0.05。对比生活质量各指标,和对照组相比,试验组生活质量明显较好,P<0.05。分析SAS、SDS评分,和对照组相比,试验组心理状态较好,P<0.05。分析压疮发生情况,试验组压疮发生例数为1例,发生率仅为2.13%,高于对照组19.15%,P<0.05。结论晚期肿瘤患者在常规护理方案基础上实施综合护理干预可显著改善其心理状态,明显提高患者的生活质量,临床效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on prevention of pressure ulcers in patients with advanced cancer.Methods Ninety-four 94 patients with advanced tumors were enrolled in the undergraduate room August 2017 to March 2019,randomized into control group(n=47,given routine care protocol),experimental group(n=47,comprehensive care intervention with routine care as the basis point),and 94 patients with advanced tumors were assessed for care satisfaction,quality of life,and anxiety and depression.Results Evaluation of nursing satisfaction,the satisfaction of the experimental group was as high as 97.87%,which was higher than the control group(87.23%),which was more advantageous,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the quality of life of the experimental group was significantly better,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the SAS and SDS scores were better,P<0.05,and the difference was significant.The incidence of pressure ulcers was analyzed.The incidence of pressure sores in the experimental group was 1 case,the incidence rate was only 2.13%,which was higher than the control group 19.15%,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing interventions on the basis of conventional nursing programs for patients with advanced cancer can significantly improve their psychological state,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and have significant clinical effects.
