高频喷射通气用于单肺通气中低氧血症患者的疗效分析

摘要 目的:探讨胸科手术过程中患者出现低氧血症应用高频喷射通气后对低氧血症的纠正效果。方法:选取术中单肺通气过程中出现低氧血症的患者26例,随机分为两组,各13例。对照组给予常规方法纠正低氧血症,研究组给予高频喷射通气纠正低氧血症,比较两组患者相关指标水平。结果:研究组治疗后动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))水平高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后pH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后15 min、30 min的心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)等血液动力学指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对高频喷射通气后氧合情况进行分析,术侧高频喷射通气能在不影响手术进程的同时,有效改善术侧肺通气,纠正低氧血症。 Objective:To explore the corrective effect of hypoxemia in patients with hypoxemia during thoracic surgery after applying high-frequency jet ventilation.Methods:26 patients with hypoxemia during intraoperative one-lung ventilation were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 13 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional methods to correct hypoxemia.The study group was given high-frequency jet ventilation to correct hypoxemia.We compared the levels of relevant indicators between the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the PaO_(2) level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the PaCO_(2) level was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in pH between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of hemodynamic indicators such as HR and MAP at 15 min and 30 min after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Based on the analysis of oxygenation after high-frequency jet ventilation,high-frequency jet ventilation on the operation side can effectively improve the lung ventilation on the operation side and correct hypoxemia without affecting the operation process.
