规律服药对慢性精神分裂症患者的影响研究

Effect of regular medication on patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的:探讨慢性精神分裂症患者规律服药治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月社区慢性精神分裂症患者104例,随机分为两组,各52例。对照组不规律服用药物,观察组规律服用药物,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分、阴性症状量表(SANS)评分及不良反应(TESS)评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对慢性精神分裂症患者进行规律服药治疗的疗效显著,且不良反应较少,各项症状均能够得到有效缓解。

Objective:To explore the effect of regular medication in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,104 patients with chronic schizophrenia in the community were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 52 cases in each group.The control group took drugs irregularly.The observation group took drugs regularly.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,BPRS score,SANS score and TESS score were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of regular medication for patients with chronic schizophrenia is significant,and the adverse reactions are less,and all symptoms can be effectively alleviated.
