低分子肝素联合阿司匹林治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin in the treatment of pregnancy inducedhypertension

目的:分析低分子肝素联合阿司匹林治疗妊娠期高血压的效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年6月收治妊娠期高血压患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予低分子肝素治疗,观察组给予低分子肝素联合阿司匹林治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后收缩压及舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清总蛋白(TP)水平高于对照组,尿蛋白(PRO)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率与剖宫产分娩率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妊娠期高血压治疗中应用低分子肝素联合阿司匹林,可取得较好的临床效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,120 patients with gestational hypertension were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin.The observation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the level of serum total protein(TP)was higher than that of the control group,and the level of urinary protein(PRO)was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and cesarean delivery rate were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of low molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin in the treatment of gestational hypertension can achieve good clinical results.
