中医推拿结合康复疗法治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of degenerative knee arthritis

目的:观察中医推拿结合康复训练治疗退行性膝关节炎的效果。方法:2019年4月-2020年4月收治退行性膝关节炎患者58例,随机分为两组,各29例。对照组给予常规康复疗法,试验组给予中医推拿结合康复疗法,比较两组患者生活质量及膝关节评分(HSS)。结果:试验组治疗后生活质量评分及HSS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医推拿结合康复疗法治疗退行性膝关节炎,可有效控制病情进展,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with rehabilitation training on degenerative knee arthritis.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,58 patients with degenerative knee arthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 29 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation therapy.The experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with rehabilitation training.We compared the quality of life and knee HSS score between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the scores of quality of life and HSS after treatment were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of degenerative knee arthritis with traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with rehabilitation therapy can effectively control the progress of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
