胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者围术期实施全面护理干预的临床效果

Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer during perioperative period

目的:研究胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者围术期实施全面护理干预的临床效果。方法:2019年6月-2020年12月收治行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予围术期常规护理,观察组给予围术期全面护理,比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率、手术时间、拔管时间及住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者围术期实施全面护理,不仅能有效缩短手术时间,还有利于减少术后并发症发生率,改善显著预后,是加快患者康复进程的有效方案。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer during the perioperative period.Methods:From June 2019 to December 2020,60 patients who underwent thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care during the perioperative period.The observation group was given comprehensive care during the perioperative period.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The complication rate,operation time,extubation time and hospital stay of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing comprehensive perioperative care for patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer can not only effectively shorten the operation time,but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the prognosis.It is an effective plan to speed up the recovery process of patients.
