饮食护理干预对消化道肿瘤患者化疗期间营养状况的影响临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究饮食护理干预对消化道肿瘤患者化疗期间营养状况的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年2月消化道肿瘤化疗患者76例,按不同护理方法分为两组,各38例。对照组给予常规化疗护理,研究组在常规护理基础上加强饮食护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组营养不良发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后体重水平高于对照组,口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血红蛋白及血清白蛋白水平正常的比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:饮食护理干预应用于消化道肿瘤化疗患者,可有效改善患者营养水平,对促进康复具有重要意义。 Objective:To study the effect of diet nursing intervention on the nutritional status of patients with gastrointestinal cancer during chemotherapy.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2020,76 patients with gastrointestinal cancer chemotherapy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups according to different nursing methods with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine chemotherapy care.The study group strengthened diet care on the basis of routine care.We compared nursing effects of the two groups.Results:The incidence of malnutrition in the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The weight level of the study group after nursing was higher than that of the control group after nursing,the oral mucosal cell apoptosis rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of normal hemoglobin and serum albumin levels in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diet nursing intervention applied to patients with gastrointestinal cancer chemotherapy can effectively improve the nutritional level of patients and is of great significance for promoting rehabilitation.
