护理安全管理在老年患者护理管理中的应用意义探究

Research on the application significance of nursing safety management in nursing management of elderly patients

目的:探究护理安全管理在老年患者护理管理中的应用意义。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年2月养老中心新入住的养老人员94例,随机分为两组,各47例。对照组沿用以往常规护理流程,试验组在常规护理基础上增加护理安全管理,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组管理后护理质量评分及安全管理效果评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年患者在临床护理过程中加入护理安全管理,可以减少护理中的不良事件,提升安全管理评分。

Objective:To explore the application significance of nursing safety management in nursing management of elderly patients.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,94 newly admitted elderly people in the elderly care center were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 47 cases in each group.The control group followed the previous routine nursing process.The experimental group increased nursing safety management on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality and safety management effect in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding nursing safety management in the clinical nursing process of elderly patients can reduce adverse events in nursing and improve the score of safety management.
