预警评分系统在急诊车祸伤护理中的临床应用效果及满意度分析

The clinical application effect and satisfaction analysis of early warning scoring system in emergency car accident nursing

目的:分析急诊车祸伤护理中预警评分系统的临床应用效果及满意度。方法:2020年1月-2021年1月收治急诊车祸伤患者80例,按先后顺序分为两组,各40例。参照组实施常规急诊护理,试验组实施预警评分系统护理措施,比较两组护理满意度、不良事件发生情况、住院率和1个月内死亡情况。结果:试验组护理满意度各项评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良事件发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组住院率及1个月内死亡率均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预警评分系统护理措施应用于急诊车祸伤患者的护理工作中,可以促进护理工作效率的提高,是患者较为满意的干预措施。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect and satisfaction degree of the early warning scoring system in emergency car accident care.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,80 cases of emergency traffic accident patients were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups in order of sequence with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received routine emergency nursing.The experimental group implemented early warning scoring system nursing measures.We compared the nursing satisfaction,adverse events,hospitalization rate and mortality rate within one month between the two groups.Results:The scores of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization rate and the mortality rate within one month in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early warning scoring system nursing measures applied to the nursing work of the patients injured by the emergency car accident can promote the improvement of nursing work efficiency,and it is a relatively satisfactory intervention measure for the patients.
