探讨自由体位分娩护理对分娩方式及母婴结局的影响

To explore the effect of free position delivery nursing on delivery mode and maternal and infant outcome

目的:探析自由体位分娩护理对分娩方式及母婴结局的影响。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治分娩产妇106例,随机分为两组,各53例。对照组给予传统体位分娩护理,试验组给予自由体位分娩护理,比较两组产妇分娩方式及母婴结局。结果:试验组自然分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产分娩率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产妇不良妊娠结局发生率、新生儿不良事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统体位分娩护理比较,自由体位分娩护理的应用效果更加理想。

Objective:To explore the effect of free position delivery nursing on delivery mode and maternal and infant outcome.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,106 parturients were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional position delivery nursing.The experimental group was given free position delivery nursing.We compared the mode of delivery and maternal and infant outcomes between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the natural delivery rate was higher than that in the control group,and the cesarean delivery rate was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and neonatal adverse events in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional position delivery nursing,the application effect of free position delivery nursing is more ideal.
