摘要 目的:观察电刺激生物反馈盆底肌肉锻炼联合盆底肌康复训练对二胎经阴道分娩产妇产后盆底肌康复的影响。方法:2017年1月-2019年12月收治二胎经阴道分娩产妇62例,随机分为两组,各31例。对照组实施盆底肌康复训练;观察组在盆底肌康复训练基础上联合电刺激生物反馈治疗。比较两组产妇盆底肌各项指标测试水平及并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗后前静息阶段、后静息阶段测试水平均低于对照组,快速收缩阶段(Ⅰ)、紧张收缩阶段(Ⅱ)测试水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组盆腔脏器脱垂率及尿失禁发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电刺激生物反馈盆底肌肉锻炼联合盆底肌康复训练,可有效促进二胎经阴道分娩产妇产后盆底肌康复,降低并发症发生率。 Objective:To observe the effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training on the postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation of the second child delivered vaginally.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,62 women who gave birth to their second child vaginally were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 31 cases in each group.The control group performed pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training.The observation group was combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy on the basis of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training.We compared the test levels of various indexes of pelvic floor muscles and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the test levels of the observation group in the pre resting stage and post resting stage were lower than those in the control group,and the test levels of rapid contraction stage(Ⅰ)and tension contraction stage(Ⅱ)were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of pelvic organ prolapse and the incidence of urinary incontinence in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electrical stimulation biofeedback pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training can effectively promote the postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation of the second child delivered vaginally and reduce the incidence of complications.
